Prorated billing for the first month is ($5.00 minimum). Beginning in month two, your credit card will be billed on the first day of each month for the duration of the lease. Lessees are responsible to cancel their lease upon vacating the space.

Expired leases remain in force with no rate increase until cancellation by the lessee. Early annual lease terminations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Upon cancellation, all property must be removed from the space by the end of the month in which the lease was canceled.

Account access information, leased space number, and a gate access code will be sent via email and text message upon successful payment processing. Park only in the space assigned.

Text Agreement: Lessee agrees that initial lease information (space number, gate code, etc.), and any subsequent billing questions, will be communicated via text message. Customer contact information will not be used for any other purpose.

Lessees with delinquent accounts are denied access to the storage facility on the 10th day of the first delinquent month, which will continue until the account balance is paid in full.

Lessees are responsible to adhere to site policies. We reserve the right to terminate lease agreements for policy violations.

Lessee acknowledges that lessor's insurance does not protect lessee's property. Lessor is not liable for damage or theft of lessee's property.

If any part of this lease is found to be unenforcable, the parties agree that all remaining provisions remain valid and enforcable.

Lessee will be responsible for all costs incurred including court costs, attorney fees, and damages, arising from lessee default, malfeasance, or noncompliance with site policies.

Please don't lease a 30 foot space for a rig that won't fit properly. Your lease will be voided at our discretion.
